Smart & Sassy is a proprietary blend of Grapefruit, Lemon, Peppermint, Ginger, and Cinnamon essential oils. This flavorful and aromatic blend has multiple uses. 

Aroma: Warm, spicy, herbal

Ingredients: Grapefruit Peel, Lemon Peel, Peppermint Plant, Ginger Root, and Cinnamon Bark essential oils.

Uses:

Cosmetic
  • Massage into stomach, hips, and thighs for a smoothing, warming effect. 
Food
  • Add five drops to eight ounces of water for a refreshing beverage.
  • Combine with honey and warm water to create an invigorating herbal tea.
Household
  • Diffuse to cleanse the air and provide a sweet, spicy aroma. 
Directions: 

Diffusion
  • Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice. Internal Use: Dilute four drops in 120 mL of liquid.
Topical
  • When used topically, dilute 1 drop with 5-10 drops of carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity.
Cautions: Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight or UV rays for up to 12 hours after applying product.
